Giveaway Item Description

This drop features various redeemable scenarios.

  • (Physical) Each 1/1 Phaze NFT holder will receive a Printed version of your Phaze NFT on the T-shirt. Plus they will also receive a 11x14 / 16x20 inches Metal Print of their Phaze delivered to their home from a Print company.

  • (Digital) Each 1/1 Holder from this season will be airdropped a special Multiple edition Phazes NFT.


Eligibility:

  • Own at least 1 NFT from the Auction Edition from the Phazes Collection Season 2 after the drop to be eligible.

  • Your NFT(s) must be in your Crypto.com/NFT wallet by October 6th, 9:00am EST

Terms and Conditions

  • Giveaway Items are only limited to the Primary Auction Holder of the 1/1 Phazes NFTs.

  • Participation in the Giveaway is strictly optional. 

  • All Primary sale auction winners will be eligible to receive a Special Multiple Edition Phazes NFT created by the Artist.

  • Selected Entrants will receive a confirmation email from Crypto.com after the Campaign End,  at the email address associated with the ID at Crypto.com

  • Entrants should send the filled form within a month after the end of drop  (i.e. November 6th, 9:00am EST) to claim the free gift.

  • Collectors who didn’t claim or answer the email after 31 days (i.e. November 6th, 9:00am EST)  won’t be able to claim after this time. 

  • By completing the contact form you ensure and take full responsibility that entered data is correct and truly identifies you.

  • By accepting the giveaway items, Selected Entrants under these rules agree to the Privacy Notice of Crypto.com, which is published at https://crypto.com/en/privacy/global.html.

  • Delivery of the Physical products can take up to 2-3 months as per the location/country and the Covid restrictions attached to them.

  • In the event of any dispute, Artist Bandanaboi reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the giveaway.  

  • The Artist Bandanaboi reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice to you.

Note:

Please allow up to 14 business days after the campaign's end time for winners to be announced. Winners will receive an email at the email address associated with their NFT user profile.

Delivery of the Physical Items:

  • Our courier shall check your address for its deliverability, in case your address is found undeliverable you shall be contacted for providing an alternative address.

  • Delivery of the products can take up to 2-3 months as per the location/country and the Covid restrictions

Notification of Defects 

All care shall be taken to ensure the quality of the Physical redeemable and its safety during transit. If items are defective, Please contact us by email thebandanaboi@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the parcel, with full details of the issue and pictures to support your claim. Our team will evaluate your request and In case of justified defects, all care shall be taken to replace the defective giveaway at the discretion of the Bandanaboi

 

Crypto.com accepts no responsibility in respect of the operation of the giveaway nor the quality and/or distribution of prizes or items attached which shall be the sole responsibility of the Contributor. The Terms and Conditions of the giveaway shall be a binding agreement between you and the Contributor only, and you accept that Crypto.com shall incur no liability in relation to the terms attached.
